Quartz Crystal - Restructuring Energy helping You to Manifest the Life of your Dreams

Well, well, well what can I say about quartz?! This is one of the most powerful crystals you can use in your tool kit of healing. One of my very first experiences with crystals was with a quartz crystal that came into my life while travelling across the country 8 years ago. Jason and I stumbled across a backpack next to a trash can full of crystals and stones. In the bag was a huge crystal quartz point about 8 inches tall and 5 inches wide. This piece was so very clear with a lot of cleavage throughout. The quartz crystal instantly jumped out at me and was by my side on our travelling journeys. Every morning I would do yoga and meditation with it and began to notice that it was turning yellow and the cleavage was gaining more rainbows. The more I did my yoga, the darker the yellow would become.

Then one day, about a year after receiving her in my life, I stopped doing yoga with it because I felt the intuition to do so. I slowly watched the stone return back to its normal clarity, yellow free. After doing some research and feeling into my experience, I learned that the stone had helped to clear and transmute all of the negative, dense energy that I was carrying around with me. It had restructured my DNA and auric field.

I felt much lighter and more clear about what I was to do in this life. This stone was the stone of stepping me onto my path and helping me to understand and harness my gifts while restructuring and healing my energy. This stone is still with me today and she helps me create this beautiful life I get to call mine.
